These terms cover unfig and this website, made by Affordance Design Studio in Bengaluru, India. By using them you agree to these terms. Questions go to hello@affordancedesign.in.

Early access

unfig is in early access. It is free while it is in early access, and we will add paid plans later. We will tell you before anything you use stops being free. Early software can have bugs, so keep copies of files that matter.

The founders offer

The first 100 people to join the waitlist, in the order they sign up, get the paid Grower plan at no cost for as long as unfig offers it. One spot per person. We may refuse sign-ups that are automated or fake.

Your work

What you design in unfig is yours. Your files live on your machine, and we do not claim any rights to them.

AI providers

When you connect an AI provider, you use your own account with them. Their terms and their billing apply to those requests.

Fair use

Do not use unfig or this website to break the law, to harm others, or to attack or overload our services.

No warranty

unfig is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for lost work.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
